Powder Coating

At Wicked Motorsports, we handle all powder coating in-house—no shipping required. Most jobs are completed within one to two weeks. Our 12x8x4’ oven can handle everything from frames, rims, gates, side-by-side roll cages to complete Harley motorcycle parts.

Pricing is for single-stage coatings using in-stock colors. Special-order colors may incur additional costs. Clear coat is required for most chromes, metallic s, silvers, and select colors (+50%). Multi-stage coatings add 50% per stage.

Some cast or clad parts (aluminum, chrome) may experience “out-gassing” during curing. While we take precautions, bubbling from porous or plated parts cannot be guaranteed against.
